I work in a Mac-only profession. I’d suggest iWork 09′ now with full entourage / exchange support if your using Snow Leopard (10.6)
In my opinion it’s easier to use than MS products, smarter, and more powerful, though Word is more "upright" than Pages, in the sense Pages is more to make it look pretty than grammatically correct. iWork is only $80USD.

They have great email planss and also have 24/7 free support. They also have great hosting deals and I’ve never had an issue with down time.

I have used over half a dozen companies over the last 9 years. I am a Graphic Designer and I service over 20 clients. Most of the service providers that I used promised the world but just raised their prices the next year. For the last 3 years I have been working with Web Priced Right. I wasn’t sure at first because their prices were relatively low compared to other options out there. It was the best decision I’ve ever made!

I recommend you to setup Google Apps for your domain.

All you need is the domain name and you let the google host your email. So you basically get a gmail account (up to 50 email addresses totally free) but with your own domain (like me@mysite.com othermail@mysite.com somethirdmail@mysite.com…). You also get a calendar, simple website and a lot more. And if you want to use some email client like Outlook or Thunderbird and not the gmail web app, you can. POP3 and IMAP are also supported. Check them out. This is a much better solution than any hosting company offers.
